Each piece is handcrafted in the respective artist’s atelier, making every object unique. All jewellery is delivered with a certificate of authenticity and presented in a carefully selected gift box.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry to hear that your ORFÈVRE piece has arrived damaged or isn’t quite as it should be. We know how special each piece is, and we’re here to help.

Every case is different, so we take the time to look at each situation individually and find the best possible solution for you. Depending on the nature of the issue and the piece concerned, this may include a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory warranty rights.
